Which documents are needed to pick up a rental car?
A driver’s license plus an identity card/passport is required. The driver must hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of one year.
Can I rent a specific car model?
The car models are Kia Stonic, Fiat Panda Hybrid and Fiat 500 Cabrio Hybrid. You can rent any of these models depending on availability.
Where can i pick up my rental car?
You can pick up your rental car at the port, airport, hotel or our office.
Payment methods?
You can pay via bank deposit, cash, credit/debit or prepaid card (POS & Online – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners).
Refunds?
No money is paid back in case of returning a vehicle before completing the rental period.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The driver must be at least 25 years old and hold a driver’s license for a minimum of one year.
Are child seats availiable?
Yes, we offer baby seats and boosters that you can book while you are making your reservation
Do you offer automatic cars?
No, unfortunately we only have manual cars availiable.
Can i take the car to another island?
No. our cars must stay in Naxos island unless otherwise agreed.
Can i add an additional driver?
Yes, additional drivers are free of charge and you do not have to inform us in advance.
Is there a mileage limit?
No, all rentals include unlimited mileage.
Do I need a credit card to rent a car?
No, we do not require a credit card or a security deposit.
Can I rent a car without a deposit?
A 25% advance payment of the total rental cost is required to confirm your booking.No security deposit is needed.
Can i modify my reservation?
Yes, you can modify your reservation.Just let us know in advance.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 2 days. Unfortunately, 1-day bookings are not supported. You can choose any pick-up and drop-off dates as long as the total rental duration is at least 2 days.
