Rental prices include:
• All taxes and VAT
• 24-hour roadside assistance
• Third-party insurance
• Free pick up and drop off
• Unlimited mileage
Driver’s age:
The driver must be between 25 and 75 years old.
Driver’s lisence:
The driver must have physically with him a valid drivers license issued at least one year prior to rental date.
Necessary documents for car rental:
• A drivers license
• Passport or identity card
Cancellations:
If you want to cancel your reservation you have to inform us through email or telephone.
– for reservations being cancelled 14 days before the car rental day the 100% of the deposit is being returned.
– for reservations being cancelled less than 14 days before the car rental day the 50% of the deposit is being returned.
– for reservations being cancelled less than 7 days before the car rental day the 0% of the deposit is being returned.
Fuel policy:
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected. Otherwise, a refueling charge will apply.
Return policy:
Please note that regardless of the pick-up time, all cars must be returned by 10:00 AM on the return date.
Returns made after 10:00 AM are subject to an extra day charge, as the vehicle cannot be rented to another customer during that time.
This policy applies in almost all cases, except for a few rare exceptions, which must be arranged in advance.
No insurance covers:
- Damages caused because the driver was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Damage caused by an unauthorized driver
- Damages to mirrors, windows, tires, rims, interior space, underneath the car and the loss or the destruction of keys.
- Damage caused by an accident and our company and the police were not notified at the time of the accident.
- Damage caused while the car was illegally parked.
- Damages caused by violations of the Road Traffic Code.
- Damage caused to the engine because the wrong fuel was used or in general due to the negligence of the driver.
Extra insurance cover:
CDW Insurance (Collision Damage Waiver)
Our CDW insurance limits your financial liability in case of damage to the rental vehicle. It covers repair costs for damages exceeding €500. Please note that damages below this amount are the renter’s responsibility. CDW does not cover damage to tires, undercarriage, interior, or glass parts.
The CDW can be added by the driver for 10€ per day.
Car transport to other islands:
The vehicle is not allowed to be driven outside the island of Naxos.
General terms and conditions:
• The vehicle is rented to the customer upon the terms and conditions on the front and the back side of the contract.
• The vehicle is to be operated only by the customer or any additional renter signing below. • • The customer is responsible for all parking and traffic violations. The customer must report all accidents to the police immediately and to renting location.
• In case of damage the car, go2Naxos is not obliged to replace the vehicle, only to refund you the money for the next days which you have paid.
• No money is paid back in case of returning a vehicle before completing the rental period.
• The renter is required to take good care of the vehicle and ensure it is used responsibly throughout the rental period.
• The renter is required to return the vehicle, along with all its tools and accessories, to the go2Naxos office—either at the original pick-up location or at another location specified in the signed rental agreement. Any extension of the rental period must be approved in advance by the rental company.
• The rented vehicle may not be used under the following circumstances:
a) for paid passenger or goods transport
b) for towing or pushing another vehicle
c) for participation in races or other competitive events
d) by any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs
e) for transporting more passengers than the vehicle is legally permitted to carry
f) on roads in poor or unsuitable condition
g) by any person without a valid driving license, under the age of 25, or who has held a license for less than one year.
• The rental company reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, at the renter’s expense, if improper or abusive use of the vehicle is observed.
• You can pay via bank deposit, cash, credit/debit or prepaid card (POS & Online – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners).
All online payments are processed through the electronic payment platform of Stripe.
• Your personal data will be used only to process your order, respond to your emails and support your experience throughout this website.
